Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to Live Wallpapers & Screensavers (the “Application”), provided by Byeshe (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. For questions, contact play@byeshe.com.

Using the Application

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal use in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You must meet applicable age requirements and obtain guardian permission where required. You are responsible for your device, its security, permissions, network charges, and the choices you make when setting wallpapers.

The Application provides animated shader wallpapers, fluid effects, and a camera-based transparent-wallpaper effect where supported. Features, catalog items, and premium offers may vary by version, device, region, or configuration. The app name does not guarantee a separate screensaver mode or compatibility with every launcher, lock screen, or device.

Camera wallpaper and device compatibility

The transparent effect is a live camera preview. It uses the rear camera while the preview or selected wallpaper is visible, including supported Home or lock screens after you leave the app. Consider your surroundings and other people’s privacy before displaying it. Choose another wallpaper or revoke camera permission to stop it.

Camera access is optional; shader and fluid wallpapers do not require it. Android restrictions, other apps using the camera, manufacturer behavior, graphics support, and launcher settings may affect preview or wallpaper operation. Animated and camera wallpapers can increase battery use, device temperature, and resource consumption. Adjust your use or change wallpaper if needed. The Application is an entertainment and personalization tool; do not rely on camera wallpaper for safe navigation, surveillance, or security.

Free features, advertising, and paid access

The Application is offered as a freemium service and may display third-party ads. Optional purchases or subscriptions may unlock features or remove ads according to the offer shown before purchase. Price, billing period, benefits, any trial, and renewal conditions are displayed in the Google Play purchase flow. Technical services may continue operating after ad removal, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Where offered, subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under the purchase offer and Google Play rules. Any trial may convert to a paid subscription as disclosed before purchase. Manage or cancel through your Google Play account; cancellation generally stops future renewals, with access continuing for the remaining paid period subject to the applicable offer. Uninstalling the Application, clearing its data, or changing wallpaper does not cancel a subscription. See Google Play subscription controls.

Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policies and applicable law. Restore or verify eligible purchases using the Google account that made them and the available app or store controls. A purchase does not guarantee permanent availability of every catalog item or compatibility with future Android versions. We will honor applicable consumer rights if paid services change or end.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains camera use, local preferences, backup, advertising, analytics, attribution, diagnostics, purchases, and your choices. This document does not grant Android permissions or substitute for required consent.

Google Play, advertising providers, and other integrated services have their own applicable terms, including Google’s Terms, Google Play’s Terms, AdMob’s Terms, Firebase’s Terms, Meta’s Terms, AppLovin’s Terms, and TikTok for Business Terms. Other mediation providers are listed with policy links in our Privacy Policy. External services, offers, and destinations are operated by their respective providers.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The Application, branding, and original content belong to Byeshe or their respective licensors. Third-party resources remain subject to their own licenses. Except where permitted by law or an applicable license, you may not copy, redistribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, or create derivative works of the Application. Do not bypass purchase or advertising controls, disrupt services, misuse camera access, or infringe others’ rights. These restrictions do not limit rights expressly granted by open-source or resource licenses.

Resource credits

Resources may be created by the developer or supplied by third-party creators under their applicable licenses. We preserve the following credits:

Some shader works originate from Shadertoy; additional source links may be provided with individual wallpapers. An attribution does not grant broader rights than the resource’s license. If you believe a resource violates your rights or needs corrected attribution, contact play@byeshe.com with the resource and relevant details.

Availability, updates, and termination

We may update, change, or discontinue features or content. Internet access may be needed for ads, configuration, billing, and other services, and you are responsible for data and roaming charges. You may need updates to maintain compatibility or paid-access verification. Continuous availability, error-free operation, and compatibility with every device are not guaranteed.

You may stop using the Application at any time. We may suspend or end access for misuse or where necessary to discontinue the service, with notice or remedies where required by law. When your license ends, stop using and remove the Application, except for rights that survive under applicable third-party licenses. Subscription cancellation remains a separate Google Play action.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or complete compatibility. To the extent permitted by law, Byeshe is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use, service interruptions, or reliance on third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties, or remedies available to you.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms and update the effective date. We will give additional notice where required, including for material changes affecting paid services. Changes apply subject to applicable law and do not remove rights already accrued. Contact Byeshe at play@byeshe.com for questions or support.
